Buchi Okechukwu (RTN): Real Estate Visionary & Developer
Mr. Buchi Okechukwu is a prominent Real Estate Developer with over 15 years of extensive experience in the industry. Known for his commitment to excellence and innovative approach, he has made a significant impact on the Nigerian real estate landscape, transforming ambitious visions into concrete realities.
As the Founder of Green Cim Properties Ltd, Mr. Okechukwu aims to provide reliable and lucrative real estate opportunities for every investor. His journey into development was built upon over 10 years as a renowned realtor and consultant, giving him the comprehensive industry insight necessary to lead.
Academically, Mr. Okechukwu holds degrees in Industrial Mathematics from Delta State University, Abraka, and Economics Mathematics from the College of Education, Agbor. This strong analytical foundation, combined with continuous professional training and hands-on experience in the building sector, equips him to excel in a competitive market.
A dedicated professional, he is a respected member of the Real Estate Development Agency of Nigeria (REDAN), ensuring the highest standards in all his developments. Mr. Okechukwu is not just building properties; he is building a legacy—driven by a passion for creating spaces that enhance quality of life and inspired by his family of three children.

Peace Okechukwu: From Pharmaceutical Science to Property Excellence
Peace Okechukwu (B.Sc., M.Sc. Pharm. Chem) is a dynamic health practitioner, entrepreneur, and rising force in the Nigerian Real Estate market.
Her impressive academic journey began with a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from Imo State University (IMSU), culminating in an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the prestigious University of Lagos (UNILAG). Further enhancing her medical expertise, she completed community health training at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). This strong educational background fueled her career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she gained invaluable experience with various companies and pharmacies.
A natural affiliate marketer and business-oriented individual, Peace’s career took an exciting turn in 2018. Following her marriage, she was inspired and mentored by her husband to channel her energy and skills into the Real Estate sector. This move was a catalyst, opening new doors for excellence and entrepreneurial growth.
Mrs. Peace, originally from Obodoukwu, Imo State, is driven by love, respect, and a commitment to success. She is a dedicated wife and mother to three beautiful children, balancing professional achievement with a rich family life.
